Japan: Shousui Matcha
The poetic name of this matcha means “Pine Green” and refers to the pine tree’s strength, longevity, and unfading color. Â
Shousui is our finest grade of matcha. Its complex layers of taste and aroma are incredible and will linger long after a sip. We often present this matcha during formal tea ceremonies and serve it as traditional thick koicha. Its exquisite balance will make it the most luxurious everyday matcha!Â
