This amazingly satisfying herbal is roasted fresh in house in small batches to produce a vibrant roasted aroma and taste.  Comprised of 100% Sengoku black soy bean cultivar from Hokkaido that is much smaller than a regular black soybean but has the same weight and more nutrients. The weight comes from the thickness of the skin where all the nutrients are stored. After brewing, the beans are completely edible and make a delicious and unique snack!
